BONUS PLAYLIST (January 2024): 80s Funk!
Time to shake your rump to the funk.
Hello friends,
In my 2024 preview post, I teased that I’d be sharing a monthly playlist with my subscribers. It’s my way of sending out a collection of my favorite tunes, collected under a common theme, to your ears.
This month, I’m sharing tracks from one of my genres (funk) and eras (the 80s)! This playlist is titled: “50 Times the 80s Were Funky AF.” All I can say is … get ready for some rump shaking.
As with any collection of oldies, I tried not to hit every obvious pick that could fall under this umbrella. In other words, I assume you know how funky “Billie Jean” and “Kiss” are already.
