Back in February, I began what I thought would be a bit of a throwaway segment: Fun Song Friday.
The concept came from various group chat threads I’ve initiated with friends and colleagues over the years. The idea is simple: It’s the end of another week. We’ve made it. It’s time to celebrate with some good vibes musically.
What I didn’t expect was the response from you, the readers.
Not only has the #MusicStack come through with fun anecdotes and supplemental listening material, but I’ve also received direct messages saying the idea has resonated with them in a big way. To say I’m flattered is an understatement.
To return the favor and keep the good vibes rolling, I’ve compiled the existing archive into a handy playlist for your enjoyment. I’ve also added the song that’ll be spotlighted this coming Friday, so consider it a sneak preview of sorts.
